You should also have two pairs of boots. These can also be worn to the office under the trousers, but they are also suitable for casual wear. Trainers can be worn in leisure time or at the weekends. It is important to invest in shoe trees.
If you can only afford one pair of trees, you should make sure that they are put in the shoes that have been worn on that particular day. The reason for this is that this footwear will then stay in shape as they will still be warm and sweaty when you have taken them off.
