Fashion is a wonderfully postmodern concept, particularly women’s fashion. With women’s fashion, we love to reinvent the past to arrive at a new fashion that belongs to itself only, although its inspiration is borrowed from history. However, it isn’t just the past that we like to make our own, it’s other people’s fashions, too; particularly men’s fashions. Think about it, how many trends have we taken from men and made our own?
